Hello!

I am Karolina Biegisz, Karol for short.

Born and raised in Poland, I’ve had the privilege of living in The Netherlands, Spain, Qatar, and now Wellington, New Zealand.
An ongoing journey that is shaping how I see people, culture, and wellbeing.

I’ve always been drawn to prevention: first through witnessing in my work how habits in children, teens, and adults shape life outcomes, and later through studying in depth how our daily lifestyle choices influence our long‑term health. And yet, I got lost myself. For years, I poured my energy into doing everything “right” - working hard, striving, showing up for every role I held.
I was so focused on being who I needed to be that, slowly, there was nothing left apart from those roles. When the noise finally quieted, there wasn’t much left. Burnout had hollowed out the space where “I” should have been.

The turning point was surprisingly simple: I decided to take myself for a walk. One walk became many. That small act of choosing myself, repeated daily, shifted everything. I began rebuilding my routine from the ground up: nourishing, regular meals; gentle daily movement; reduced alcohol; time in nature; hugs; honest conversations; mindset work; breathing deeply; sleeping enough. As my body slowly regulated, my mind could finally follow.

Step by step, I started choosing knowledge that supported me rather than pushed me harder. Through somatic movement practices, I could feel my body again. After so many years of treating it like a tool to get things done, it became my home once more. And I’m not leaving it now.

That experience reshaped my understanding of health and the way I want to live. It also led me to become a certified health coach and HCANZA member. Today, I support others in reconnecting with themselves, rebuilding their foundations, and creating sustainable wellbeing.

Now health is a daily practice. An everyday choice. A way of moving through life with intention and awareness.

Just Keep Moving philosophy

Movement is a fundamental human need, not just a performance metric. We are designed to move in different ways at different moments, shifting with our seasons, our energy, and our capacity. Some days bring momentum, others call for stillness. What matters is not intensity, but flow - staying connected to your body and honoring the rhythm you’re in.

Movement also happens beyond the physical. It’s the shift that occurs when you take a breath to pause, make a different choice, or see something in a new light. It’s the quiet internal turning that begins long before any visible change.

Your wellbeing doesn’t need perfection. It needs awareness, rhythm, and compassion. It needs movement, in whatever form feels right today.

Our bodies are not tools in our lives; they store our lives. Every experience, every emotion, every season leaves an imprint. Movement is how we access, process, and integrate those layers. As Anna Halprin, a pioneering choreographer and a foundational voice in postmodern dance, said: “Every experience I’ve had in my life is a resource in my body.”

This is the foundation of my coaching: supporting you in reconnecting with your body’s wisdom, finding your natural rhythm, and creating sustainable change through gentle, consistent movement, inside and out.

While trail running is one of my personal joys, movement can be anything that brings you into connection - walking, stretching, dancing, breathing, or simply shifting your posture. Together, we find what works for you.
