Your Questions, Answered

  • Health coaching is a collaborative, client‑centred process that helps you create sustainable changes in your wellbeing. According to HCANZA, health and wellness coaching is both a science and an art, combining evidence‑based behaviour change, positive psychology, nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle medicine with the relational skills of partnership and support.

In practice, this means we work together to explore your habits, patterns, and daily rhythms, clarify what you want your life and wellbeing to feel like, and build the confidence and capacity to make meaningful, lasting change.

  • Health coaching is for people who want support in improving their wellbeing through sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes. In line with HCANZA guidelines, it’s suited to individuals who are ready to take an active role in their health and benefit from a collaborative partnership that blends evidence‑based guidance with practical, achievable steps.

It’s especially helpful for people who:

    • Want to improve their lifestyle habits around movement, nutrition, sleep, stress, or daily routines.

    • Feel stuck or unmotivated and need structure, accountability, and a supportive space to move forward.

    • Are navigating health recommendations from a doctor or other practitioner and need help turning them into realistic actions.

    • Prefer a holistic, client‑centred approach that considers physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

    • Are seeking sustainable change, not quick fixes or prescriptive plans.

    • Value partnership, reflection, and gentle guidance rather than pressure or judgment.

Health coaching is designed for anyone who wants to build healthier habits, increase self‑awareness, and create long‑term wellbeing with the support of a trained professional.

  • Getting started is a simple, guided process:

    1. Book a free Clarity Call We meet for 30 minutes to talk about what you’re navigating and see whether coaching feels like the right support for you.

    2. Choose your coaching journey If it feels like a good fit, we decide together whether Find Your Ground or Find Your Rhythm is the best match for your needs and season of life.

    3. Complete the intake form and coaching agreement I’ll send you a short intake form and a coaching agreement so we’re both clear on how we’ll work together.

    4. Make the upfront payment for the first session Your first 90‑minute session ($200 NZD) is paid in advance to confirm your spot. We can also agree on a payment plan for the remaining balance if you’d like.

    5. Begin your sessions We schedule your first session (online, walk‑and‑talk, or office), and from there we move at a pace that honours your energy, capacity, and goals.

  • Every coach is different and it is important to find someone you resonate with. My coaching style brings together science, compassion, and embodied wisdom. My approach is shaped by my own burnout recovery, cross‑cultural experience, and a deep belief that meaningful change happens through small, sustainable steps - not pressure or perfection.

I work in a grounded, empathetic way that blends evidence‑based behavior change with self‑compassion, body-awareness, and the rhythms of nature. Movement, in all its forms, is at the heart of my work; not as performance, but as a basic human need and a way of reconnecting with yourself.

Together, we explore the patterns, habits, and internal shifts that shape your wellbeing, and we gently reshape them in a way that feels aligned with your energy, your season of life, and your values.

My role isn’t to push you, it’s to walk alongside you as you rebuild capacity, restore balance, and create change that feels sustainable and true to who you are.

  • I use a simple, flexible structure. The first 90‑minute session is paid upfront ($200 NZD), and the remaining balance of your chosen package can be paid in full or in instalments.

    • Find Your Ground (6 sessions - $660 NZD)

    • Find Your Rhythm (11 sessions - $1200 NZD)

  • Working with me is gentle, grounded, and collaborative. I don’t push, rush, or prescribe one‑size‑fits‑all solutions. Instead, I create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Sessions are spacious and conversational, with a mix of reflection, practical tools, and embodied awareness. We look at your habits, patterns, and daily rhythms with curiosity and we make changes in small, sustainable steps that match your energy and season of life.

    You can expect:

    • A compassionate, steady presence - someone walking alongside you, not ahead of you.

    • A pace that honours your capacity - especially if you’re navigating burnout, transition, or emotional heaviness.

    • Evidence‑based guidance blended with self‑compassion, body-awareness, and grounded lifestyle practices.

    • A holistic approach that includes movement, nourishment, stress, sleep, and connection but always in a way that feels doable and aligned with your life.

    • A focus on sustainable change rather than quick fixes or perfection.

Most clients describe the experience as feeling seen, supported, and able to breathe again.
