I support people who feel depleted, stuck, or disconnected from their wellbeing to regain energy, confidence, and direction.

I offer health coaching in English, Spanish or Polish language.

My approach is shaped by:

  • My own burnout recovery - which taught me the power of compassion, pacing, and small steps

  • Cross‑cultural experience - living and working across different countries and communities

  • A grounded, empathetic style - rooted in evidence‑based behavior change, self-compassion and body-awareness

  • A love for Mediterranean lifestyle - simple whole food, nature, movement, connection

Change doesn’t have to be dramatic to be meaningful. Sometimes it begins with a quiet moment of noticing that something in your life no longer feels aligned. Other times, it comes from a deeper shift, a transition, a habit you’re ready to release, or a season of burnout that asks you to rebuild in a new way.

My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate that change. I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and explore what you want your life to feel like. Together, we look at the patterns, habits, and daily rhythms that shape your wellbeing, and we gently reshape them in a way that feels sustainable and true to you and your needs.

We work gently and strategically to restore balance, clarity, and energy, without pushing, forcing, or rushing. This is a space to reconnect with yourself, rebuild capacity, and rediscover what nourishes you.

• Mental & Emotional Stagnation - shifting internal blocks through gentle, embodied practices and science-based tools to gain resilience.

• Sustainable Lifestyle Habits - creating routines that support long‑term wellbeing, whether it is nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep or connection that you need support with.

• Navigating Life Changes - maybe you are an expatriate trying to find your place in the world? Maybe you are women entering perimenopause stage of life? Some changes can be complex; some might rise questions on your identity, self-esteem and values. There is no need to face them alone.
