Find Your Ground

6 Sessions Journey $660 NZD

A supportive reset for when you’re ready to make a small but meaningful shift. This journey helps you return to the basics that hold you: steady routines, nourishing habits, and simple practices that bring you back to yourself.

We start with the first 90-minutes session, followed by five 60-minutes sessions. We meet weekly at the beginning and when you are ready, fortnightly or as needed. Package is valid for 3 months.

You’ll be supported to:

  • Let go of habits that drain your energy

  • Design steps that keep you moving toward your health goals long after the journey ends

  • Introduce daily practices that anchor your wellbeing

  • Reconnect with the essentials: nourishment, rest, movement, and meaningful connection

  • Build consistency and confidence through small, sustainable steps

What you’ll walk away with

A grounded sense of what supports you, renewed clarity, and simple routines that help you feel steady and connected to yourself again.

Find Your Rhythm

11 Sessions Journey $1200 NZD

A spacious, longer‑term container for moments when life is asking for more from you; more clarity, more support, more space to rebuild. Ideal for burnout, major transitions, or shifting long‑held habits (like alcohol/Tabaco misuse).

We start with the first 90-minutes session, followed by ten 60-minutes sessions. We meet weekly at the beginning and when you are ready, fortnightly or as needed. Package valid for 6 months.

You’ll receive support to:

  • Understand and unwind patterns that keep you stuck

  • Rebuild energy, emotional capacity, and self‑trust

  • Establish foundational routines first, then work through more complex change

  • Create a sustainable rhythm that aligns with the life you want to live

  • Navigate the change and adjust your steps as you go

  • Build habits and design supporting systems

What you’ll walk away with

A renewed sense of direction, deeper emotional capacity, and a sustainable rhythm that supports your wellbeing, your energy, and the life you’re moving toward.

Which package is right for me?

Your first session in either package is a spacious 90‑minute conversation. We take time to understand what’s happening in your life, what feels out of balance, and what you hope will feel different by the end of our work together. This session sets the tone for a grounded, intentional journey.

Once we’ve created that foundation together, the next step is choosing the journey that matches the level of change you’re seeking. Both packages offer steady support and a clear sense of direction - the difference is simply depth and pace.

Both pathways are client‑centered and client‑led. You decide what matters most. We work with your strengths, your rhythms, and your lived experience. I walk alongside you while you design a pathway that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with the life you want. Sessions can take place online, as walk‑and‑talk sessions in Lyall Bay, Breaker Bay, Seatoun, or Miramar, or in my coaching space at 9 Park Road, Miramar (on Fridays). You choose the environment where you feel most comfortable and open.

Choose Find Your Ground if you’re feeling a little off-center, unsteady, or disconnected from your routines. You just know something needs to shift. You want a gentle reset, simple steps, and support to rebuild the basics that help you feel grounded again.

Choose Find Your Rhythm if you’re facing a period of deeper change - whether that’s burnout, a major transition, or working through long‑standing habits or patterns. You want more time, more guidance, and a supportive space to explore what’s unfolding beneath the surface.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the space to someone else.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are charged at the full session rate.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If something urgent comes up, please reach out and we’ll find the most respectful solution for both of us.
